Refund Policy
At Magilla, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow our simple returns and exchanges policy.
CANCELLATIONS
- If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at help@justmagilla.com within 24 hours from the time you place the order.
- After 24 hours, the order will be considered final and can be shipped to you.
RETURNS
1. RIGHT TO RETURN:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received. They are in the original packaging, and the tags must be attached.
2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING:
- Magilla will cover shipping costs for products with manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or items damaged upon receipt. Send us a photo/video of the problem to help@justmagilla.com, and we will make a replacement or refund. You do not have to return the affected items. Please get in touch with us within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping cost for returns and exchanges due to personal preference or wrong size selection.
3. TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS:
- Eligible items may be returned within 90 days of receipt of the item.
- Damaged,
- Missing or incorrect items reported after 90 days from the delivery date cannot be refunded or exchanged.
4. SIZE SELECTION:
We strongly recommend following the measurement chart and instructions in the product description to select the correct size.
5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will email you an acknowledgment of receipt. Your refund will be processed immediately, with a credit back to your original payment method, within 1-5 business days.
6. FOR LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to appear.
- Contact your bank, as the refund may take some time to post to your account.
- If you still haven't received a refund after these steps, please get in touch with us at help@justmagilla.com.
7. WHERE SHOULD I SEND THE RETURNED ITEMS?
A return label will not be provided. Customers must return their items at their own expense (except in exceptional cases - see above).
- Pack the shipment securely, write the order number on a piece of paper, and place it in the package.
- Choose a shipping method that allows tracking and insurance.

- Send an email to help@justmagilla.com with the following information about your return:
- State clearly whether you want a replacement or refund for your returned item.
- Provide the tracking number of your return.
Please note:
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, and clearance charges.
- We recommend marking the package as RETURNED GOODS to avoid customs fees. Please keep a copy of the return receipt until your return has been received and the refund has been processed.
- Some shipments may incur additional customs and import fees. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, the cost of sending your package back to us will be deducted from your order.
